Lee Cannon
MSc, MAPPCP, PgDip, PgCert, Dip, LMAC
My work as a Coaching Psychology Practitioner and Recovery Coach helps people from all walks of life to destigmatise problems, reduce stress and overcome anxiety. My approach helps to identify what is holding people back and how to overcome these challenges to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Working independently or in partnership with healthcare professionals, I guide recovery by integrating coaching and therapy in a solution-focused way, with a strong emphasis on action.

Extensive client work and academic study has allowed me to develop skills in simple and practical strategies underpinned by scientific evidence. This has helped people to break free from fear, anxiety, depression, phobias and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), to achieve their goals and experience lasting change.

As a specialist in coach-lead Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Behavioural Experiments, I prefer to work in the environments where your problems occur. My work is conducted either in person or remotely and in some instances with the assistance of virtual reality (VR) technology.

I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I am trained to Masters level in Executive and Professional Coaching and have a Diploma in coaching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In 2018 I was awarded an Honorary Lifetime Membership of the Association for Coaching (AC) and in 2012 was the recipient of the Guardian Digital Innovation Award for charitable campaigning.
